Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • No extra 10% free. Extra plate chargeable as actual. 

  • Tables for counters, water and light facility, shall be provided by the party at their own cost.

  • The host should provide space and light facility, before and after the occasion, till our work is fully completed.

  • No water bottles will be provided in resort rooms. 

  • Client shall provide accommodation a day prior to the event’s date and 2 rooms shall be provided during event’s duration.

  • In case of Chobiyaar, if food is required by your client, then they should finish lunch by 3 P.M. max. 

  • In Chobiyaar, for dinner, only a limited menu shall be provided.

  • Our food is purely made with mineral water and we suggest to keep packed watered bottle only in the guest’s rooms. We guarantee food safety for particular hours. For any delays we do not take any guarantee for the food’s consumption safety:

  • Breakfast till 11 A.M. 

  • Lunch till 3 P.M.

  • Dinner till 11.30 P.M. 

  • Plates issued during the occasion will be charged extra as per actual rates. (But in case of shortage of any 1 or 2 item, party should fully co-operate with us.)

  • Taxes as applicable shall be charged extra.

  • A lunch session is placed between 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. If services are required after 3 P.M., they shall be charged extra. In the same manner, a dinner session is placed between 6 P.M. to 11.30 P.M. If a service is required after 11.30 P.M., it shall be charged extra.

  • Payment Terms:

  • 25% in advance, at the time of finalization of menu.

  • 65% before 10 days of the date of occasion.

  • Balance payment on completion of occasion.

  • Please recheck the date, venue, number of attendee’s, etc. before 2 days of the occasion.

  • Any types of hidden cost i.e., royalties, ground/hall cleaning charges, etc. is to be paid by the party. After the finalization of the menu, if an item is to be added to it before 1 or 2 days of occasion, then it will be charged extra.

  • We have a capacity of catering to only additional 10%-12% more than the guaranteed number of Pax. 

  • In case the frills & canopies for the buffet are to be provided by us, it will be charged as per actual rates. Displays will be charged extra. 

  • The management is not liable for any loss or damage of guest’s belongings during the event.

  • The management has the right to change and alter the rules without any prior notice. 

  • In case of the cancellation up to 60 days prior to the function, we shall retain the received token amount as compensation of the lost business. 

  • Any inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
